Estate of Robert L. Elliott, late of Stillman, Quarryman, deceased, Testate
Certified Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I Robert L. Elliott of Stillman in the County of Pictou, Quarryman, do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all wills by me heretofore made.
1st. I will devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Elliot all my real Estate in which I now reside at Six Mile brook, for the term of her natural life, and if she will not require to dispose of it for her support, at her death to be Sold and divided between my four children, Harvey Elliott, James Elliott, Elizabeth Cameron, and R.H. Elliott, to receive share and share alike except James which shall only receive Twenty Dollars.
2nd. I devise that enough of my personal property be sold to pay my debt, the balance to go to my wife Mary Elliott, Harvey Elliott to receive seventy Dollars out of the first money that is collected.
3rd. I devise that my daughter Elizabeth Cameron shall have a home with her mother if she should ever be without one elsewhere
. Lastly. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Nelson H. Gass and John R. Bell of Saltsprings the executors of this my said last Will and Testament.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Robert L. Elliott, late of Stillman in the County of Pictou, Quarryman, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
