This is the Last Will and Testament of me, Mary Eastwood, of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Married Woman, wife of James Eastwood of New Glasgow, aforesaid, Jeweller:

1. I revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made, and declare this only to be and contain my Last Will and Testament.

2. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughters Jennie Eastwood and Hilda Eastwood, in equal shares, their and each of their heirs and assigns, all my portion, share of and interest in the real and personal property of my late father, William McIntosh, of New Glasgow aforesaid, deceased, as devised and bequeathed to me in his Last Will and Testament, executed the 15th day of May A.D. 1888, whether my said portion, share and interest be vested, by way of remainder, or otherwise; and I hereby declare this to be my Will for the distribution of my said portion of the said real and personal property as comprehended in and by the said Last Will and testament of my said late father.

3. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Lewis Eastwood, one of my silver candleabrums.

4. I give, devise and bequeath to my Ralph Eastwood the other of my silver candleabrums.

5. I give, devise and bequeath to my son Edwin Eastwood, my silver soup tureen.

6. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Jennie Eastwood, my silver salver, my teapot, spoon holder, sugar and cream holders. My opal ring, my gold locket and chain, my silver backed comb, brush and mirror.

7. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Hilda Eastwood, my watch and chain, my diamond brooch, my start and crescent, my berry set, containing fruit dish, cream and sugar holders, spoon holder and fancy silver spoons.

8. It is my desire that the bequests in paragraphs 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, of this my Last Will and Testament, be given to the respective beneficiaries thereof on the occasion of their respective marriages; but if, my Executors hereinafter named should find this my desire to e inexpedient or impracticable, I authorize them to carry out the provisions of the said paragraphs at such time or times as they think fit or proper.

9. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said husband, James Eastwood and my said son Ralph Eastwood, to be the Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal subscribed and set at New Glasgow, this 27th day of November, A.D. 1908.

Signed, Sealed, Published and Declared by the above named Mary Eastwood, Testatrix as and for her last Will and testament in the presence of us both present at the same time, who at her request and in her presence, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses: the husband of the said Testatrix not being present at the time of the execution of this her Last Will and Testament, the said Testatrix declared in our presence that she executed this her Last Will and Testament of her free will and without any fear, threat or compulsion or other undue influence of, from or by her husband.

BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 27th day of November A.D., 1908, before me the subscriber Rod. G. McKay, a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, personally came and appeared May Eastwood, of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Married Woman, wife of James Eastwood, of New Glasgow aforesaid, Jeweller, the testatrix mentioned in the foregoing Will, who having been by me examined separate and apart from her said husband, did declare and acknowledge that she executed the same of her own free Will, and without any fear, threat, compulsion, or other undue influence of, from or by her said husband.

McLeod, Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Mary Eastwood, late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Married Woman, Deceased, which said Will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou in said County on the 18th. Day of July A.D., 1910
