Will of Thomas Curry, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Thomas Curry of Pictou in the County of Pictou Merchant do make declare and publish this my last will and Testament
I direct my said executrix hereinafter named shall pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses
I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Helen Curry all and singular my real and personal property of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated for her own benefit and use I hereby revoking and annulling all former wills by me at any time made.
I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Helen Curry sole executrix of this my last will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this second day of May A.D. 1910.

Signed Sealed and declared by the above named testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in the presence of each other and in the presence of the above named testator all being present at the same time have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
