Will of Wm Cumming, deceased Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I William Cumming of Sunny Brae Pictou County Province of Nova Scotia Farmer make and publish this my last will and Testament Amen
1st. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Agnes Cumming during her natural life this homestead in which we now reside at Sunny Brae containing the house barn and the land three acres more or less, I wish it to be understood that Laura my daughter and Howard my son is to have a home for so long as they desire to stay and be agreeable with their mother and do what they can to support the household I also give and bequeath to Laura my daughter the organ as a token of love
2nd I further wish to give and bequeath to my wife Agnes Cumming the milk cow together with the property mentioned in the foregoing providing that my wife remain single after my death but if she gets married she forfeits all claims to all or any of the above property
5th I give and bequeath to my son Fraser Cumming all my property at Cumming Mountain containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less together with houses and barn as it now stands
6th I give and bequeath to Fraser Cumming this property at Sunny Brae on the death of his mother on condition that the said Fraser Cumming shall provide home and clothing to Laura his sister and Howard his brother as stated above
7th I further give to Fraser Cumming the two horses and all the farming implements that is on the place
8th I give and bequeath to my son Holmes Cumming that lot of land at Cumming's Mountain containing three acres more or less and is bounded on the south by lands belonging to one James Cumming on the north by lands belonging to one Alex Cumming
9th I give and bequeath to my two sons James and Hugh D Cumming that lot of land at Sunny Brae and on the North side of the River and being at the rear of Thomas McDonalds store I hereby appoint John A MacDonald Kerrowgan to be executor of this my Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal this first day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Cumming late of Sunny Brae in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 12th day of January AD 1906.
