Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds The last will and Testament of Mrs. James Cumming of Cummings Mountain County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia

I Jane Ross widow of the late James Cumming being of sound mind and good memory in taking into consideration the uncertainty of time do make and declare this my last will and Testament

1st I will and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Mary Cumming all the real and personal property I may own at the time of my death to her disposal and the ** ** and every thing I own or will own at my death will be altogether left to the disposal of my beloved daughter Mary Cumming

2nd and lastly I nominate and appoint William Ross Tailor and John Grant Elder of Sunny Brae my executors to see this my last will and Testament executed according to the just intention thereof
