Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds

I Margaret Bell Crockett of Marshdale in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and ordain this my last will and Testament and revoking all former by me at any time heretofore made. 1st. I hereby constitute and appoint John M Dunbar of Hopewell and John R C Marshall to be my executors of this my Will directing my said executors to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate 2nd. After the payment of my said debts and funeral expenses

I give devise and bequeath all the residue of my estate of all kinds real and personal and mixed to my friend John Robert Cumming Marshall of White Hill in the County of Pictou In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal this eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen.
