Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I, David Connors of Stillman West River, in the County of pictou, Cabinet Maker, do make, publish an
d declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. 1st. I will devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Jane Connors all my real property that may belong to me at the time of my decease to have and to hold the same to her, her heirs and assigns forever.
2nd. I will and direct that my personal estate be invested in the best and safest securities by my executors hereafter named and that the interest arising or accruing therefrom be paid half yearly to my aid wife, to and for her own absolute use during her natural life and at her decease I will and direct that all such personal property so left by me that may remain be divided and paid over as follows: -two-thirds of said amount to the Foreign Mission Board of The Presbyterian Church in Canada (Eastern Division) and the remaining one-third to the French Evangilization Fund in connection with he said Presbyterian Church in Canada and I do hereby will and bequeath such remaining personal property in the foregoing proportions to the said two schemes of the said Church respectively.
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Jane Connors executrix and John R. Bell of Saltsprings, farmer, executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereto my hand and seal subscribed and set this twenty-fifth day of April A.D., 1907.

McLeod, Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of David Connors, late of Stillman, in the County of Pictou, Deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 2nd. day of June, A.D. 1910.
