Estate of Joseph Connell late of Pictou, Blacksmith, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I Joseph Connell of Pictou in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Blacksmith, do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say,
First. After payment of all my funeral and testamentary expenses and lawful debts, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Catherine for the period of her natural life all my real and personal property of every kind and description whatsoever.
Second - At the death of my said wife Catherine I hereby direct that said realty and personally pass to my sons Thomas and William and my daughter Anne in equal share to be held by them, their heirs and assigns forever.
Third- If one of my said Children Thomas, William and Anne should die before my said wife Catherine or die after my said wife Catherine leaving no issue, I direct that the share or shares of y realty and personally thus left by my said Children Thomas, William and Anne to pass and go to the survivors in equal shares, their heirs and assigns forever, as the case may be.
Fourth - I appoint my wife Catherine to be Sole executrix of this my said last Will and Testament.
Fifth - I revoke all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I the said Joseph Connell, have to this my last Will and Testament signed my name and set my seal this 31st. day of May 1895.

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said testator Joseph Connell as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time, who in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses at his request

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Joseph Connell late of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Blacksmith, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
