Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I John Thomas Collie of Burnside Middle River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time before me made. I hereby appoint my neighbours Anthony Collie and Daniel Collie the executors of my Will. I hereby direct my said executors to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after my decease.

I hereby direct that the provisions of my late fathers will in regard to my sister Margaret Collie shall be fulfilled as long as she lives.

I hereby bequeath to my beloved wife Catherine Collie all my property real and personal subject to the condition above stated.

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this Second (2) day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of John Thomas Collie late of Burnside Middle River in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 20th day of May 1903.
