I John Clarke of Poplar Hill in the Count

y of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer declare this my last will and Testament I give devise and bequeath all the Real and personal property and estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my wife Susan Clarke for her use and benefit during her life time and at her death to revert to my son Goodwill Clarke absolutely and forever, and I do hereby appoint my said wife Susan Clarke and my son Goodwill Clarke joint executrix and executor of this my Will. And I do hereby revoke all former testaments and bequeaths whatsoever by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this third day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten

Signed by the said John Clarke the Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who, at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of John Clarke late of Poplar Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 2nd day of March AD 1912.
