Estate of James Chambers, late of River John, Tailor, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the Last Will and Testament of me James Chambers of River John in the County of Pictou, Tailor.
1st. I give devise and bequeath unto my father Thomas Chambers and to his heirs and assigns forever all m y right, title, interest, property, claim and demand in to out of or upon the lot of land and premises upon which the said Thomas Chambers now resides and at present occupied by him situate at River John in the County of Pictou aforesaid.
2nd I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Chambers all my personal property and money belonging to me and to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease and also all that lot of land and dwelling house situate at Rover John aforesaid and whereon I now reside. To Have and to Hold the same unto my said wife Elizabeth Chambers her Heirs and assigns forever.
And lastly I do hereby nominate make constitute and appoint my said father Thomas Chambers and my said wife Elizabeth Chambers joint executor and Executrix of this my said last Will and Testament and I hereby disallow revoke and disannul all former Wills and testamentary writings by me in any wise before made.
River John April 28th A.D. 1888.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of James Chambers, late of River John, in the County of Pictou, Tailor, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
