Estate of Sarah Cassidy, late of Pictou, Widow, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I, Sarah Cassidy of Pictou in the County of Pictou, Widow, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.

1st. I will devise bequeath to my beloved sister Jane H. Brown all my real and personal Estate, of every nature and kind, and wheresoever situated, to Have and to Hold the same to her the said Jane H. Brown her heirs and assigns forever.

I nominate constitute and Montgomery Harper and William Harris both of Pictou, aforesaid, the Executors of this my said last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereto my hand and Seal subscribed and set this twenty seventh day of February A.D. 1880.
