Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I James Matheson Carmichael of New Glasgow in the Province of Nova Scotia bequeath to my wife Christian one half of the real and personal estate of which I may die possesses and to my three children Grace, Maria, and Helen the remainder of said estate share and share alike
I appoint John H. Sinclair Barrister, Jas C McGregor Merchant and my wife Christian Executors of this Will empowering them to sell any real or personal property of which I may die possessed to continue any business in which I may be engaged and to make such dispositions of my property as their judgement shall be devised prudent.
