Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the last Will and Testament of me John Carew of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Province of Nova Scotia, Esquire.
I direct payment of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.
I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Carew and her heirs all my lands and Real Estate and whatever interest I may have therein wheresoever situate at my decease, together with all my personal estate goods chattels and effects, To Have and to Hold all such my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever unto the said Elizabeth Carew, and her heirs for her own Sole absolute use Control and disposal.
I revoke all former wills by me made and I appoint my said Wife Elizabeth to be Executrix of this my said last Will and Testament to which I have subscribed and set my hand and Seal this tenth day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and Eighty.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John Carew late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Esquire, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
