Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I William Campbell of West River Station in the County of Pictou, Gentleman, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.
I make, nominate, constitute and appoint my brother-in-law John Sutherland of Big Glace Bay, Mine Manager, and my nephew John W. Campbell of Salmon River in the County of Colchester, Farmer, to be executors and trustees of this my will.
I give, devise and bequeath to my said executors, all the farm messuage and premises at West River Station aforesaid whereon I reside, together with all and singular the horses, cattle, sheep and other live stock, carts, carriages, sleighs, sleds, harness, stable fittings, farm implements, crops, household furniture, kitchen and other utensils ordinarily used in, upon, or about the said farm in trust for the use and benefit of my nephew John McNab Campbell for life if he shall so long continue to live upon and cultivate the said farm, and after his death to his eldest and other sons en-tail male successively so that every lder son and his issue shall be always preferred to every younger son and his issue, and for default of each issue, to the use of the eldest and other sisters of the said John McNab Campbell successively en-tail so that every elder sister and her issue shall be preferred to every younger sister and her issue, with remainder to the use of the eldest male heir.
I further give and bequeath to my said executors and trustees forty two (42) shares in the Capital Stock of the Royal bank of Canada, and twelve (12) shares in the Capital Stock of the Bank of Nova Scotia in trust to pay the income and dividends arising from such stock to the person for the time being entitled to the use and occupation of said farm, to be by him or her expended at his or her own discretion in cultivating and improving the said farm lands and in maintaining and repairing the buildings, fences, and the other erections thereon, and in erecting and maintaining new buildings and fences or other erections. It being always my express intention and a condition of the foregoing devise and bequest that the person for the time being respectively entitled to the use and enjoyment of such devise and bequest shall live upon, cultivate and maintain the said farm, messuage and premises.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereto my hand subscribed - the writing on this and the other side of this sheet - for my last will this twenty second day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Campbell late of West River Station of said County Gentleman deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 19th day of November 1907.
