Will of Duncan Campbell of Moose River in the County of Pictou, Deceased

Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds at Pictou

Know all men by these presents that I Duncan Campbell of Moose River in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer being in good health and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereof revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made! -

And as to my Worldly Estate and all the property real personal or mixed of which I shall die seized or possessed, I devise bequeath and dispose of in the manner following, to wit ! -

First - My will is that all my all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executors hereinafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall be them be found convenient.

Item: I give devise and bequeath to my children Daniel R. Campbell, John P. Campbell, Janus W Campbell, Catherine A Campbell, Jessie L Campbell, Roderick Campbell, and Mary B Campbell the sum of One hundred dollars each respectively to be paid to them on demand out of my estate by my Executors hereinafter named.

I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Campbell all the rest and residue of my estate real personal or mixed of which I shall died seized or possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease.

And lastly I nominate James Ross of Blue Mountain and Mary Campbell my wife the Executors of my last Will and Testament. -

In Testimony whereof I the said Duncan Campbell have to this my last Will and Testament contained on one sheet of paper subscribed my name and affixed my seal this twenty eighth day of December in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the annexed paper is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Duncan Campbell late of Moose River in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the Seventh day of July 1913.
