Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

In the name of God Amen

I Angus Campbell Senr Farmer of Scotch Hill in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia being in failing health but of perfect mind and memory and calling to mind my mortality and waiting to settle my worldly concerns do make this my last will and testament in form as follows

I recommend my Soul to God who gave it and my body to the dust in the hope of a blessed resurrection through Jesus Christ and my worldly property I dispose of as follows

First To my daughter Nancy (Mrs. Fraser) I give and bequeath fifty Dollars in two years from execution of will

Second To my son Yorston C Campbell I give the same that is to say fifty Dollars

Third To my widow I give and bequeath along with her legal thirds of the farm Forty Dollars as per year and a comfortable part of the house to live in and also one third of the furniture and clothing belonging to the house to be used or disposed of as she sees fit

Fourth To my son James I give and bequeath my farm on which he now resides to his and his heirs forever

Fifth The stock and implements on the farm and the remaining two thirds of the furniture I give and bequeath to my son James to assist him in paying the foregoing bequeaths to his mother and sister

I appoint my sons William a

nd Yorston C Campbell executors of this my Will and Testament

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Angus Campbell late of Scotch Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 9th day of October AD 1905.
