Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds This is the last will and Testament of me Alexander Campbell of West Merigomish in the County of Pictou Farmer.

1st I give and devise to my daughter Sarah Bell the parcel of land known as the Garden Common area at the gate in front of the house and running north till it comes parallel with the north side of the barn, thence running east until it comes to line fence as thence south along the line fence till it come to a certain fence, thence along that fence part of the spring or well running west till it comes to the fence of beginning containing in all two acres more or less

2nd I order my wife to have the bedroom with my daughter Sarah Bell

3rd I order my son Norman Campbell to provide my wife with a fire in her room when necessary with medicine and medical attendance and a decent and respectable and comfortable maintenance during her life time

4th I give and bequeath to my son Norman Campbell my household farm with the wood lot situate at West Merigomish County aforesaid to have and to hold the same to him the said Norman Campbell and his heirs forever

5th I order and appoint Thomas Grant as my executor of this my last Will and in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses named on the other side this Nov 10 A.D. 1906.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander Campbell late of West Merigomish in the said County Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 22 day of January 1908.
