Certified Copy for the Reg of Deeds

Know all men by these presents that I William Cameron of Garden of Eden, County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia do make and publish this my last will and Testament.

First my will is that all my just debts be paid my executors hereinafter named.

Second I will to my son Dan Hugh Cameron of Garden of Eden, County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia all my right title and possessions of the south side of my farm the line running parallel with - north and south lines and including all buildings.

To my son Andrew Gregor Cameron of Garden of Eden, County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia I will all my right title and possession of the north side of my farm so that Andrew Gregor Camerons south line will be Dan Hugh Camerons north line. Also my will and desire is that Andrew Gregor Cameron cannot sell or dispose of his part of the farm in any way to any person outside of the family.

Thirdly - my will and desire is that Dan Hugh Cameron of place aforesaid and my wife Christy Cameron of same place have equal rights and privileges of the house and especially that she have the right of occupying the bed room adjoining the kitchen and further that Andrew Gregor Cameron of place aforesaid have the right and privilege of sleeping in the room on the west side of the house. all my real estate, lands, farm implements, wagons, stock, houses, and revoking any former wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time before me made.

Fourthly my will and desire is that Dan Hugh Cameron of place aforesaid will leave the right of hauling wood and fencing and whatever else he may wish to haul on the road now coming from the east side of the River to the barns, also that he will leave the right of putting water on any part of the farm.

I also devise and bequeath to my wife Christy Cameron of place aforesaid two young cows now on the place also three sheep

To my son Dan Hugh Cameron of place aforesaid I devise and bequeath all the remainder of the stock. Also my will and desire is that Dan Hugh Cameron of place aforesaid to support and keep myself and my wife Christy Cameron during our life time, also that in case Dan Hugh Cameron of place aforesaid gets married and the my wife Christy Cameron prefers living in a small house by herself he Dan Hugh Cameron will have to build such a house for her in such a place as she desires

I hereby nominate and appoint as executors of this my last Will and testament Alexander J. McDonald and Andrew Fraser both of Garden of Eden, County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed my Seal this twenty sixth day of June in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and five A.D.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the written paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of William Cameron late of Garden of Eden in said County Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou in said County this 6th day of October 1905.
