Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the my last Will and Testament of me John Cameron of Chance harbor of Pictou in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia farmer.

I give devise and bequeath unto my son Daniel H. Cameron all the Real Estate owned by me at Chance harbor in the County of Pictou aforesaid, together with all my personal property including stock and farming utensils, household furniture and gold watch, that is to say all my personal property except the organ.

I give devise and bequeath unto my son John George Cameron the sum of One Thousand dollars.

I give devise and bequeath unto my son Alexander David Cameron One Thousand dollars.

I give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter Jane Catherine Cameron One Thousand dollar, together with the organ abovementioned.

I order and t is my will that the balance of my money remaining after three thousand dollars abovementioned is paid by my executors to the persons abovenamed that he remainder shall go to my son Daniel H. Cameron above named.

I also order and it is my will that my wife Elizabeth Cameron shall live upon the property with my son Daniel H. Cameron abovenamed and shall be entitled to comfortable board and lodging and also suitable clothing during her lifetime.

And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint Simon Fraser John's son Sole executor of this my said last Will and Testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal at Chance Harbor in the County of Pictou aforesaid this first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one and a quarter pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John Cameron late of Chance Harbor in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
