Estate of Angus Cameron, late of McLellan's Brook, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
In the name of God, Amen.
I Angus Cameron of McLellan's Brook in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer being through the blessing of God in a sound state of mind and memory and taking into account the uncertainty of time and the certainty of death do make and ordain this my last Will and testament in manner and form following
First. I commit my Soul to God hoping for the forgiveness of all my sins through the merits and mediation of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. will and devise that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of monies by me owned and possessed.
Secondly I order my Body to be decently Buried and Stone costing about Twenty Dollars set at my head and also at the head of my late beloved wife Mary Cameron a stone costing the same by my Executors hereafter named who shall also pay all expenses against the Estate and as to the rest of my worldly property wherewith it has pleased God to bless me I dispose of as follows -
And First I give and devise to my Beloved daughter Joan Cameron three double Blankets three single Blankets two sheets two table cloths two towels two feather pillows two pillow slips, one Bolster slip, and Fifty Dollars of my money.
Second I give to my beloved son Alexander Cameron Fifty Dollars.
Third I give to my beloved son Donald Cameron the little stone and the desk and all that it contains also the Clock.
Fourth I give to my beloved Daughter Christy Gordon the cooking stove with all its utensils one feather Bed and the Loung
Fifth I Give to my beloved Daughter Christy Gordon aforesaid Mary Fraser Margaret Urquhart and Marion Cameron all that will remain of my money equally divided among them.
And Finally I give to my said Son Donald Cameron all my Real Estate, situate at McLellan's Brook aforesaid. Anything in the foregoing disposition of my property to the contrary notwithstanding.
And I hereby nominate and appoint David Cameron and Robert Campbell to be executors of this my said last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, and ratifying an confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal this thirty first day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty four.

Signed Sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Angus Cameron as his last Will and testament in the our presence who saw the same executed in his presence and in the presence of each other.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of two pages, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Angus Cameron late of McLellan's Brook in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
