Will of Alex Dwyer, deceased

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

The last will and testament of Alexander Dwyer of East Johnville River John, in the County of Pictou, farmer. I give and devise to my grandchildren Helen Amanda Dwyer and Alexander Harding Dwyer children of my late son Patrick, the western half of the lot of land at the north side of the shore road East Johnville which I purchased from James Sutherland, said western half part being the part of said lot upon which my said son erected a dwelling and barn upon which he resided. After payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I dispose of my other property as follows: I give devise my farm lands and premises at East Johnville aforesaid upon which I reside to my wife Margaret Ann for her life and at her death to my son Henry Hibbert absolutely. The residue and remainder of m y estate real and personal I give and devise to my said wife absolutely; and I appoint her executrix of this will. ! revoke all former wills.

Witness my hand this twenty first day of July A.D. 1905.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the within paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander Dwyer late of East Johnville, River John in the County of Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court
