This memorial cup is made from sterling silver and the top/neck of a wine bottle. Presumably the same bottle that would have been used to christen the steamship War Isis.
The War Isis was built and engined by Port Arthur Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. in Ontario. James Fraser Paige was the general manager of this shipping company from 1917 to 1920.
The bottom right photo reads: Steamer War Isis; Launched April 3rd 1918; Christened by; Mrs J F Paige
