Will of Samuel Dunn, deceased
Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds
I Samuel Dunn of Glengarry Station Pictou County Province of Nova Scotia Farmer being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. And as to my worldly estate and real property of which I dies seized and possessed I devise bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit-
1st I give devise ad bequeath all my real property which I now hold and occupy to my two sons Alexander McLean Dunn and Samuel James Dunn to be equal divided into two shares by placing a stake in the center of the south line from thence to run through the center of said real property till it comes to the center of the north line, the said Alexander McLean Dunn his heirs and assigns shall have hold with the appurtenances forever In the west side of the said real property the said Samuel James Dunn his heirs and assigns shall have hold with the appurtenances forever the east side of the said real property
2nd The conditions of this will is such that as long as my wife remains my widow the said Alexander McLean Dunn and Samuel James Dunn shall equally maintain support and keep her comfortable to the best of their abilities during her widowhood and to be honest and just with her at all ties
3rd Said Alexander McLean Dunn and Samuel James Dunn shall pay equal to their brother Daniel William Dunn the sum of forty dollars payment to be in five years from the date of this will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this seventh day of September A.D. 1900.

I John D. McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Samuel Dunn late of Glengarry in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 18th day of July 1901..
