Will of Jane Denoon

Certified Copy for Reg of Deeds

I Jane Denoon of Hardwood Hill in the County of Pictou make my last will and Testamen

t I give and devise all my property to m y daughter Jane McKay with power to let sell Case convey or otherwise dispose of all my lands and buildings of all kinds as she may see fit to do, one half the proceeds of sale of said estate shall go to the said Jane McKay for the use and benefit of her children, and the said Jane McKay shall pay the other half of the proceeds of said estate to my grandchildren Georgina Gladys Denoon and George David Denoon when they or the survivor of them reach the age of twenty one years and the said Jane McKay shall pay to my said grandchildren during their minority such amount from the interest accruing from said estate as she may consider necessary for their support and education and pay the balance on their attaining the age of twenty one years and in the event of neither of my grandchildren above mentioned realizing the age of twenty one years and leaving no lawful issue then the portion of my estate that would otherwise fall to them shall revert to my daughter Jane McKay or her heirs.

Lastly I nominate the said Jane McKay to be the sole executrix of this my will and testament dated this eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one. Signed Jane Denoon
