Last Will and Testament of Geo. D Denoon, deceased
Certified Copy for Registrar of Deeds
The last Will and Testament of George D Denoon of Hardwood Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer
I give and devise all my real and personal property of every kind unto my mother Jane Denoon and my wife Bessie in equal shares and to be taken by them in lieu of dower which they are or might be entitled to in any of the lands devised
I revoke all wills by me heretofore made.
I appoint Rev James W Fraser of Scotsburn and John Dunbar of Pictou Carpenter executors of this Will.
Should my mother and wife sell the farm at Hardwood Hill I request my mother at her death to give any unused balance of the money she may receive out of the said farm to my daughter Georgina Gladys and son (not yet baptized) but this s to be understood as a were request and is not to affect the title to said farm or my mothers right to use the proceeds of sale in any manner whatsoever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of November A.D. 1899.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the within paper writing is a true copy of the last Will of George D Denoon late of Hardwood Hill in the County of Pictou Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 17th day of January 1900.

MacLeod Registrar Stamp - PROVINCE OF NOVA SCOTIA, REGISTRAR OF DEEDS Office, County of Pictou, JAN 26 1900 I certify that the within instrument was duly registered at 2 PM of the above day in Book 3 page 226 on the certificate of John D.
