I Mary Ann Delaney of Churchville in the County of Pictou Widow do declare this to be my last will and Testament

It is my will that all my just debts funeral expenses be paid by my executors hereinafter named as soon after my death as shall be found convenient.

I do hereby give devise and bequeath all my real and personal property of every kind and description and wheresoever situated to my beloved sons Donald G Delaney and Joseph Delaney their heirs executors and administrators forever share and share alike

I do hereby appoint my said sons Donald G Delaney and Joseph Delaney the executors of this my last Will and at the same time revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

In witness whereof I the said Mary Ann Delaney the Testator to this my last will and testament set my hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine
