Estate of John F. Duff late of Finner's Mountain, Farmer, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

This is the last Will and testament of John F. Duff of Finner's Mountain in the County of Pictou, Farmer, 1st. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Catherine all the real and personal property I possess after the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses giving my said real and personal property to my said wife and her heirs for ever. 2nd I appoint Robert C. Stewart of Sutherland's river in the County of Pictou, Farmer, Sole Executor of this my said last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed and set my hand and Seal at Finner's Mountain aforesaid this twelfth day of August A.D. 1885.
