Estate of Alexander Duff late of Churchville, Farmer, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
This is the Last Will and testament of Alexander Duff of Churchville in the County of Pictou, Farmer.
I give devise and bequeath to my three children Hannah Bell, Grace Margaret, and Lizzie Jane, and to my sister Maggie Ellen, all my real and personal property of every kind whatsoever, Share and Share alike each to have an equal part.
I empower my executors hereinafter to be appointed to sell lease convey or in any way dispose of my Real Estate as to them may seem best for the benefit of my children and to assist in supporting and educating them, giving my said executors full authority without any power from any Court of Law, to give good & sufficient deeds of my said Real property, whenever they shall see fit, for the benefit of my said children to dispose of the same, granting them my said Executors full power in disposing of all my real and personal property as to them seem best for the benefit of my children as aforesaid.
I nominate and appoint my sister Maggie Ellen, and Angus McMillan Esquire of Churchville, Executors of this my said last Will and Testament.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto my hand and Seal at Churchville this thirtieth day of December A.D. 1880.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page and part of a page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander Duff late of Churchville in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
