Will of Francis Drake. In the name of God, Amen. I, Francis Henry Drake of the Town of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou and province of Nova Scotia, being of sound mind and memory, publish and declare this my last Will and testament in manner following, that is to say: -

First. I give and bequeath to my wife Margaret Olivia all monies accruing from Life Insurance and other policies both in which she is mentioned as benificary and the other policy which accrue under the particular partnership Agreement herein attached, said monies from these several policies (excepting such portions as may be necessary to pay any further bequest mentioned in this testament) to be for her sole use unconditional as long as she lives and at her death any residue to be divided between my son Francis W. and my daughter Marguarita, share and share alike.

Second. I give and devise to my son Francis W. my interest in the business and estate of Firm Francis Drake as determined by the agreement attached and on the conditions as set forth in said agreement.

Third. I five and bequeath to my daughter Marguerita one thousand dollars to be paid her out of any monies on deposit in banks or from sale of my personal real estate, or from Life Insurance Policy.

Fourth. I give,/ and devise all the rest, residue and remainder of my real and personal estate of every name and nature whatsoever to my wife Margaret Olivia to have and to hold the same her heirs and assigns forever.

Lastly. I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Francis W. and my brother Newton H. to be executors of this my last Will and testament.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th. day of March in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine.

The above instrument, consisting of two sheets was, at the date thereof, signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Francis H. Drake as and for his last Will and Testament, in presence of us, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

I, John D. McLeod Registrar, of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Francis Henry Drake late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou in said County on the 27th day of May AD 1910.
