THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF me, ANNIE DODSON, widow of Albert S. Dodson, late of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, pork Dealer, deceased, I hereby revoking all former wills at any time made by me.

I appoint GEORGE WHITE of said New Glasgow, Merchant and MORTON H. LAYTON, of said New Glasgow, Merchant, hereinafter called "My Trustees", to be Executor and Trustees of this my said last Will and Testament and to be the guardians of my infant children:

First: - I direct my Trustees to sell to the best advantage as they may see fit, all my real estate, consisting of the house property, at the corner of James Street and market Square in the Town of New Glasgow aforesaid, and to pay off any Mortgage or Mortgages there may be upon the said property and to hold the proceeds of such sale after paying off all encumbrances in trust for my two infant children, in the following manner, - seven seventeenths of the said proceeds to be held in trust for my daughter Annie Thirza Dodson until she arrives at the age of Twenty-one years and Ten seventeenths of the proceeds of my real estate as aforesaid to be held in trust for my son Edward England Dodson, until he arrives at the age of Twenty-one years:

Second: - I direct my trustees to use the amount of money to be held in trust for Edward England Dodson for his education and benefit and the amount so held for Annie Thirza Dodson for her benefit, according to the respective needs of my said infant children as my trustees in their discretion may deem best.

Third: - I will and direct that at the age of Twenty-one years the balance of the money so held in trust be handed over to each of my infant children respectively.

FOURTH:- I direct that if either of my children shall die before arriving at the age of Twenty-one years, without having left any children surviving, the portion held in Trust for such one of my children shall be added o the portion held in Trust for the other, and when such other child arrives at the age of twenty-one years, that the balance remaining of the whole amount so held in trust shall be handed over to the said remaining infant child..

Fifth: - In regards to the Five Hundred Dollars Life Insurance policy held by me, I direct that all my debts, (excepting any Mortgages as aforesaid), including my doctors' bills be paid out of the proceeds of the said Insurance Policy, and that the balance remaining over shall be divided equally between said infant children, Edward England Dodson and Annie Thirza Dodson, the same to be held in trust as aforesaid, according to the terms and manner hereinbefore mentioned until said children arrive at the age of Twenty-one years, at which time the balance remaining shall be handed over to the surviving child, if either of them shall die before the age of Twenty-one without leaving issue surviving.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eighth day of October, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ten.
