Blanchard's Road May 1st. 1890

This indenture made this first day of May on year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & ninety. Witnesseth.

That Isaac Densmore of Blanchard's Road in the County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia Farmer, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby publish and declare my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made heretofore. And as to my worldly estate and all the Property Real and Personal of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I devise bequeath and dispose of as follows,

First. My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my executors hereinafter names as soon after my decease as shall be convenient.

Second. I bequeath to Robert Even my son all the real Estate to which I shall be entitled at my decease, said real Estate being situated at Blanchard's Road aforesaid Subject to the following conditions that is, that the said Robert Even while a minor shall at all times act wisely and in due subjection to his mother always endeavoring to care for her interest and that of the farm, and also on attaining his majority, as when he is twenty one years of age, if he is then desirous of taking charge of the property above named, then the said Even to support his mother in a decent respectable manner, Subject to the approval of my executors hereinafter named, But providing the said Robert Even should not feel inclined to take charge of the farm, then said farm to be sold and Robert Even shall receive two thirds of Proceeds and his mother if living one third, if the mother should not be living Robert Even shall be entitled to all the proceeds of the farm when sold.

Third. I bequeath to Emma Fraser wife of Samuel Summerwill on demand one dollar.

Forth. I bequeath to Bellah Fraser my stepdaughter as a marriage outfit sixty dollars, or its equivalent in stock.

Fifth. I bequeath to Johnana Fraser my step daughter Sixty dollars as a marriage outfit or its equivalent in stock.

Sixth. I bequeath to Mary Ann my daughter three hundred Dollars at the time she attains to her majority or when she is Eighteen years of age.

Seventh. I bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Densmore all the Personal Property to which I shall be entitled at my decease, after satisfying the foregoing bequeaths including farm stock and implements, Mortgages, Bank deposits, notes of hands or Cash, the rents and profits which shall be for her use during her natural life, and at her decease any balance remaining to be divided between Robert Even my son and Mary Ann my daughter, two thirds to Robert Even, and one third to Mary Ann. Lastly and lastly I do nominate and appoint Mary Densmore my wife and Roderick McDougall (Merchant) Blue Mountains to be the executor to this my said last Will and Testament.

In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and Seal this first day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand Eight hundred and ninety.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of two pages and part of a third page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of Isaac Densmore, late of Blanchard's road in the County of Pictou, Farmer, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
