Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I hereby devise and bequeath to my brother J.R. Dempsey all my real and personal property except one Cow and household effects which I give to my sister Mrs. J.R. Simpson.

And I name and appoint Mitchell Copeland as and to be executor of this my said last Will and Testament to which I have set my hand and Seal subscribed and set this thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and ninety four.
