Estate of Robert Davidson late of New Glasgow, Coal Cutter, deceased, Testate

Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I, Robert Davidson of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, and Province of Nova Scotia, Coal Cutter, make this my last Will and testament.

I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows, that is to say, All the real and personal property of every kind and description whatsoever of which I shall be seized and possessed of at the time of my death, I give, devise, and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret McCann and her husband William McCann during their natural lives, or the life of the survivor of them, subject to the dower or thirds of my wife Sarah Davidson, if she survives me - And after the death of the said Margaret McCann (words scratched out and initialed) and William McCann, or the survivor of them, all the real property of which I shall be seized or possessed, shall be divided equally share and share alike between the children of the said Margaret McCann and their respective heirs.

I appoint Robert A. Walker of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, Merchant, executor of this my said last Will and Testament.

In witness whereof, I have Signed Sealed published and declared this instrument as my last Will at New Glasgow this twenty eighth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven.
