Estate of John Davidson, late of Maple Grove, deceased, Testate
Copy of Will
Know all men by these presents that I, John Davidson of Maple Grove, Pictou County, in the Province of Nova Scotia, Farmer, being of sound disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
First.
After paying all my debts and Funeral expenses, I give, devise, and bequeath, all my estate and property, real and personal, to my beloved wife, Sarah Davidson.
Secondly.
I ordain and appoint my said wife as Executrix of this my said last Will and Testament, in the presence of the witnesses named below, this twenty eighth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy eight.

Signed, Sealed, published and declared by the said John Davidson as his last Will and testament in the presence of us ,who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

I do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument consisting of one page, is an exact and literal copy of the last Will and Testament of John Davidson late of Maple Grove in the County of Pictou, deceased, Testate, which has been duly filed and admitted to Probate in accordance with the practice of the Court.
