Last Will and Testament of Kenneth Davidson, late of Pictou Landing.

Certified Copy for the Registrar of Deeds.

This is the last Will and Testament of me, Kenneth Davidson of Fisher's Grant, in the County of Pictou, farmer.

1. I give, devise and bequeath all the real and personal property and estate to which I shall be entitle at the time of my decease unto my beloved wife Briscilla Davidson absolutely forever.

2. I give, devise and bequeath unto Kenneth Edward Graham infant son of Arthur Graham of New Glasgow, in the County of Pictou, Foundry-man the sum of fifty dollars, to be paid out of my estate by my executors after my decease.

3. I do hereby appoint my said wife Briscilla Davidson, William J. Scott of Fisher's Grant in the County of Pictou, farmer and James J. Powell of Pictou Landing in the County of Pictou, Merchant joint executrix and executor of this my last Will and Testament.

And lastly I do revoke all former Testamentary writings by me at any time heretofore made.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunder set my hand this thirteenth day of April in the year of Our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and nine.
