Description Deed between Jane Dawson to Ronald McDonald

To all whom these presents may come Jane Dawson, George H. Elliott and John A. Dawson, all of the town and county of Pictou Trustees under the last will and testament of R. Smith Dawson deceased.

Land Greeting whereas by indenture bearing day the thirty first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety, Ronald McDonald of Pictou in the County of Pictou esquire and Mary Ann his wife for the consideration of Three hundred Dollars, Canada money conveyed by way of mortgage unto the said Jane Dawson, George H. Elliott and John A. Dawson, trustee as aforesaid all that certain lot of land situate lying and being on the North side of Falkland street in the town and county of Pictou and in the said Indenture of Mortgage more particularly described which said Indenture was on the first day of February A.D. 1890 duly recorded at Pictou as an reference thereto will more fully appear.

And whereas the said Ronald McDonald has paid the full amount of principal interest due on the said in part recited indenture of mortgage and requested a release thereof.

Now know, that the said Jane Dawson, George H. Elliott, and John A, Dawson Trustees do aforesaid in consideration of the promises and of the said sum of three hundred dollars Canada money and all interest due thereon to them in hand well ad truly paid by the said Ronald McDonald at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have and each of them hath, released, remised, conveyed and confirmed and by these presents Do, and each of them doth, release, remise, convey, and confirm, unto the said Ronald McDonald his heirs and assigns the lot of land herein before mentioned and in the said indenture of mortgage more particularly described To have and to hold the same with the appurtenances and every part thereof unto the said Ronald McDonald his heirs and assigns to his and their sole use benefit and behoof forever the said indenture of mortgage and sum all thereby:

In witness whereof the said Jane Dawson, George H. Elliott and John A. Dawson Trustee as aforesaid are hereto their hands and seals set and assigned this 20^th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.
