Description Deed Alexander Fraser to Daniel Fraser

This indenture made the tenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty nine between Alexander Fraser of Matapedia in the County of Bonaventure and Province of Canada, of the one part and Daniel Fraser of the said Matapedia County and Province aforesaid Witness that for the sum of twenty five pounds Currency of said Province to line the said Alexander Fraser in hand paid by the said Daniel Fraser the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath granted bargained and sold to the said Daniel Fraser All the undeclared right title interest, claim, and demand of him the said Alexander Fraser in and to a certain tract or parcel of Land situated in Lunchroom in the County of Pictou in the Province of Nova Scotia and bounded as follows by beginning on the North by a lot of land bought by  the said Daniel Fraser from Alexander Cameron on the south by land belonging to a certain David Fraser, and on the east by the land of Daniel Cameron Elder, the whole of said lot containing seventy acres more or less. To have and to hold the said undivided share or part of said lot with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to him the said Daniel Fraser his Heirs and assigned forever with all the right title interest, claim and demand of him the said Alexander Fraser and his heirs and assigns unto or upon the above deemed premises and every part thereof. In witness whereof the said party hath hereunto his hand subscribed and set day and date above written

Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of Alex Fraser and Anthony Fraser

Received day and date as within the sum of twenty five pounds currency of the province of Canada being the full consideration money for the premises therein described and sold.

Personally appeared before me Alex Fraser one of her majesty’s justices of the Peace for the county of Pictou; Anthony Fraser who is a subscribing witness to the within deed who made oath and set these he was present and saw said Deed duly executed by Alexander Fraser the party there to.
