Description Deed Alexander Fraser to William Fraser

This indenture made between Alexander Fraser Saint Stephens in the Province of New Brunswick, yeoman of the one part and William Fraser of the other county of Pictou in the Province of Nova Scotia, yeoman of the other part, Witness that the said Alexander Fraser in consideration of twenty pounds lawful money of Nova Scotia paid him by the said William Fraser, Hath bargain and sold and by these presents Doth bargain and seal to said William Fraser his heirs and assigns all that lot of land being in the county of Pictou aforesaid and abutted and bounded as follows. Beginning at the south West Corner of Duncan Stewarts land at slake and stones, thence running south forty five degrees east three hundred and twenty roads, thence north twenty four degrees east twenty five roads to the place of beginning, containing fifty acres. To have and to hold the same to the said William Fraser his heirs and assigns to his and there uses forever, In witness whereof the said Alexander Fraser hath hereto paid his hand and set his seal the eleventh day od September in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four

Received from William Fraser twenty pounds being the full consideration in the foregoing deed,
