Description Deed James Fraser jun to William Fraser

This indenture made this Twenty third day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand and eight hundred and fifty four, Between James Fraser Junior Esquire of New Glasgow, County of Pictou and Province of Nova Scotia, Merchant of the of the one part and William Fraser Big Brook West Branch East River County Province aforesaid farmer of the other part, Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of fifty pounds good and lawful money of the Province of Nova Scotia in hand paid by the said William Fraser at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath, granted, Bargained, sold, Released, enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents, Doth, Grant, Bargain, Sell Release, enfeoff and confirm unto the said William Fraser his heirs and assigns all that certain lot piece or parcel of land situate lying and being on the said Big Brook bounded as follows that is to say.

Beginning on the East side line of the lands of a certain Thomas McDonald and at a Certain point stake and stone, now marked and placed as being the North West Angle of that certain lot of land conveyed by the said James Fraser Esq to a certain Allan Fraser and Running from thence on the North side of the said lot of land as now surveyed and marked by the magnet south sixty eight and one half degrees east one hundred and twelve Roads or until it comes to the north east angle of the said lot of land, thence North fifteen degrees East, Eighty four Rods or until it comes to the south line lands of a certain Alexander McKay thence on the said south side line North Seventy five degrees West, one hundred and twelve Roads or until it comes to the North West Angle of the lands formerly owned by a certain Evan Fraser thence on the west line of the said lands south fifteen boundary or place of beginning Containing fifty five acres be the same more or less together with all and singular the ways, waters, watercourses, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anyways appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right tile interest property claim and demand of him the said James Fraser of in and upon the same with the appurtenances.

To have and to hold the said described lot piece or parcel of land and premises with appurtenancs unto the said William Fraser his heirs and assignd forever.
