This indenture made this 17th day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and fifteen. Between Forrest Lawrence Jenkins of New York in the State of New York, United States of America, wife of William H. Jenkins of the same place, Merchant, and said William H. Jenkins hereinafter called the parties of the first part,
Of the one part and Daniel Hugh McDonald of Bayview in the County of Pictou in the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, Master Marine hereinafter called the party of the second part,
Of the other Part, witnesseth, that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar of lawful money of the Dominion of Canada, to the said parties of the first part inland well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at or before ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have and each of them hath given, granted, released, and quitted claim to, and by these Presents do give, grant, release, and quit claim unto the said party of the second part his Heirs and Assigns, ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate lying and being at Bayview in the county of Pictou, in the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, bounded and described as follows:- Bounded on the north by Narrow Entrance to Carriboo Harbour, on the east by Northumberland Straits, on the south by the lands of William Munro, and on the West by the lands of the estate of John McDonald, containing forty five acres more or less, together with the right of way though the property of William Munro to the Bayview Road.
Also, all that other piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Bayview aforesaid, bounded and described as follows:- Bounded on the north by lands of James Hughan, on the east by lands of the estate of John McDonald, on the south by the lands of William Munro, and on the west by lands Of Donald Leslie, containing fifty acres more or less, the same being intersected by the Bayview Road,
Together with all and singular the Easements, Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining, with the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim, property and demand, both at law an din Equity of he said Parties of the fist part
Of, in, to, or out of the same, ,or any part thereof. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Land and Premises, with the appurtenances, and every part thereof, unto the said party of the second part his Heirs and Assigns, to his and their sole use, benefit and behoof forever.

To all whom these presents shall come, I ________sworn residing and practicing at the city of New York aforesaid, so hereby certify that on this 17th day of November, A.D. 1915, before me the subscriber personally came and appeared Forest Lawrence Jenkins wife of William H. Jenkins mentioned in the foregoing indenture, who having been by me examined separate and apart from her said husband did declare and acknowledge that she executed the said indenture as for her act and deed freely and voluntarily without fear threat or compulsion of, from or by her said husband and for a full release of all her claims to the lands and premises there in described or mentioned.
And I the said Notary Public do hereby further certify that at New York City aforesaid, on this 17th day of November A.D. 1915, before me the subscriber personally came and appeared Samuel J. Siegel a subscribing witness to the foregoing indenture who having been duly sworn, made oath and said that Forrest Lawrence Jenkins and William H. Jenkins two of the parties thereto signed, sealed, and delivered the same in his presence.
