This is the last will and testament of me Duncan Cameron Fraser of the city of Halifax at present Lieutenant Governor of the Province of Nova Scotia.
I give devise and bequeath to my wife Bessie G. Fraser all my real and personal property of every kind and wherever situated. She may use and expend the rents profits and interest arising therefrom and the whole or any part of the principal during her lifetime-give to any or all my children whatever she chooses and if anything remains at her decease devise the same to me said children in the such manner as she considers best for them and in such proportions. I appoint my said wife sole executor of this my last will and testament.
Dates at Halifax N.S. this 12th day of December A.D. 1907 Duncan Cameron Fraser is signed executed and sealed in our presence both present at the times of signing and sealing who at the request of the Testator and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.

I, Douglas Howe, Esquire, Deputy Registrar of His Majesty’s Court for the Probate of Wills and for granting Letters of Administration within and for the said county of Halifax, do hereby certify to all whom it may concern to know:
THAT on Monday, the tenth day of October, A.D., 1910 the last Will and Testament of The Honorable Duncan Cameron Fraser, late of Halifax, in the said County, Lieutenant Governor, deceased, was duly proved before the said Court of Probate; and that thereupon Probate of the said will was granted and decreed by the said court to Bessie G. Fraser, widow of testator, the sole Executrix named in said Will, she being first duly sworn well and faithfully to execute said Will according to law and true tenor thereof; also to file a full and true Inventory of the Goods and Estate of deceased, and to account for the same when thereto by law required.
I further Certify that the said Will is now in my custody, and that the same is duly recorded in the Registry of said Court, in Will Brook, Number 14 page 109 and that the paper writing hereto annexed contains and is a true and correct copy of said Will and that the Probate thereof so granted as aforesaid has not been revoked
In testimony whereof, I have hereto subscribed ,u name of office, and have affixed the Seal of the said Court at Halifax, aforesaid, this 12th day of October A.D., 1910
