I Duncan Cruickshanks of Green Hill in Pictou County Nova Scotia Farmer being of sound and disposing mind and memory do hereby make this my last will and Testament

I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter Maggie Belle McCabe the sum of one hundred Dollars #100.00 in Cash and in Case there should be sufficient in the residue of my estate after paying to my daughter Minnie Cruickshanks one thousand Dollars ($100.00 in Cash then the said Maggie Belle McCabe shall b paid by my executors one hundred Dollars ($100.00 additional thereto making two hundred Dollars in all

I hereby give devise and bequeath to y daughter Minnie Cruickshanks my whole estate real and personal of every kind whatsoever of which I shall be possessed at the time of my decease, the same amounts bequeathed to my daughter Maggie Bella McCabe only to be deducted there from I hereby direct my said executors to pay all my just debts funeral and Testamentary expenses as soon as possible after decease.

I hereby appoint John J McCabe and John Fraser both of Green Hill Farmers as the executors of this my Will. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this thirtieth day of October 1905

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Duncan Cruickshanks late of Green Hill in the said County Farmer deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 22nd day of October 1906.
