Received on the tenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven from Joseph Richard, John Graham, and Ebenezer McLeod Executors of the last Will and Testament of my Father, the late James Barry deceased of Six Mile Brook of Pictou the sum of sixty four pounds [twelve shillings] currency in a note of hand given by Anthony Barry one of the Heirs of the aforesaid James Barry deceased to the aforesaid Executors Joseph Richard, John Graham, and Ebenezer McLeod and endorsed to me which I accept of and do hereby relieve them the aforesaid Executors from ay further responsibility as regards the whole amount bequeathed to me in cash or any other property whatever by my father the late James Barry aforesaid in his last Will and Testament.
