Will of Robert Chisholm, deceased Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds

I Robert Chisholm of Lismore in the County of Pictou declare this to be my last will and Testament

I ordain that all my legal and just debts shall be paid out of the personal property herein bequeathed

I give and bequeath to my son Alexander forty acres from of the rear of my homestead farm on which I now reside t become possessed of the same so soon as the debts now existig of a ***use and clearly hand

I give and bequeath to my beloved son John William my gray house for his use and benefit

I bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah all the real and residue of my real estate and personal property goods chattels farm implements,houses and outhouses gold silver and promissory notes of which I did sign and to have and to hold for the benefit of my beloved children to be divided and apportioned to them as circumstances vary again according to her own good judgement

I ordain that all the foregoing orders and bequeaths shall be duly and faithfully carried out. I hereby Alex McIntosh and my wife Sarah who I make and constitute Guardians of my children as executors of this my last will and Testament ratifying and comprising this and no other to be my last will and Testament.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper written is a true and correct copy of the last Will and Testament of Robert Chisholm late of Lismore in said County deceased, which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 28th. day of December AD 1905.
