This is the last will and testament of Archibald Chisholm of the Town of New Glasgow Carpenter

I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of every kind and description and wherever situated unto my wife Mary Jane Chisholm her heirs and assigns absolutely forever hereby appointing her the sole executor of this my will.

Signed sealed and declared by the said Archibald Chisholm as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the execution hereof

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the written paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Archibald Chisholm late of New Glasgow in said County Carpenter deceased which said will was duly filed admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 17 day of December AD 1909.
