Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou

In the name of God, Amen.

I Alexander Ross of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou, House Joiner, make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament.

I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Isabella Ross all my real and personal property of any kind whatsoever.

I hereby appoint my said wife Isabella Ross and my son in law John C. Fraser to be the executrix and executor of this my Will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand and Seal Subscribed and set at said New Glasgow this 6th. day of June AD 1903.

Signed Sealed published and declared as and for his last Will by the said Alexander Ross, in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Alexander Ross late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou House Joiner deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 5th.  day of May AD 1911.
