Will of Annie S. Marshall, deceased
Certified Copy of Will for Reg of Deeds Pictou
I Annie Sarah Marshall of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou being of sound and disposing mind do hereby make publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any will heretofore by me at any time made.
I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Florence N. Marshall all the real estate of which I may die possessed wheresoever situate excepting the Cemetery Lot herein after mentioned and particularly I give devise and bequeath unto my said daughter Florence N. all my real estate on Lorne Street in said New Glasgow consisting of Dwelling house now occupied by me with lot of land connected therewith together with barn and other out buildings to be erected thereon and all appurtenances.
I desire that the lot owned by me in Riverside Cemetery shall be held in common with all my children as a family burying place.
I hereby give and bequeath unto my said daughter Florence N. all my personal property wherever situate including the furniture in my said Dwelling house all articles of use or convenient in said house or in connection therewith all cattle or other animals owned by me together with all monies belonging to me in Bank for safe keeping or elsewhere.
I direct that my daughter Christina shall have a home in my said Dwelling house during the term of her natural life, that she have all proper food and maintenance, and I enjoin upon my said daughter Florence N. that in consideration of these presents she do what in her lies toward the proper care of my said daughter Christina in time of illness and toward her decent instruct should my daughter Christina outlive me.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto affixed my Seal and Subscribed my hand this twenty eighth day of July in the year of our Lord AD 1900.

McLeod Registrar of said Court do hereby certify that the foregoing paper writing is a true copy of the last Will and Testament of Annie Sarah Marshall late of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Widow deceased which said will was duly admitted to Probate in said Court at Pictou on the 14th. day of April AD 1904.
Witness my hand at Pictou this 14th. day of April AD 1904.
