KNOW ALL ME BY THESE PRESENT that I, Christian Carmichael of New Glasgow, in the County of pictou, province of Nova Scotia, Widow, being of sound and disposing mind, do hereby make and execute my last Will and Testament, at the same time revoking all former Wills at any time by me heretofore made.

1. I direct that all my just debts funeral expenses and the expenses attendant upon the settlement of my estate by paid out of the proceeds of my estate by my executrices hereinafter named, as soon after my decease as convenient.

2. I do hereby invest my executrices with full power and authority to sell and convey any real estate of which I may die seized and possessed at such prices as they in their discretion my think proper, and to sign and execute all deeds that may be necessary for the purpose of the sale, conveyance or disposal thereof.

3. I give, devise and bequeath to my friend Agnes Walker, Widow of the late Andrew walker the sum of two hundred dollars (200.)

4. I give, devise and bequeath to my friend Anna Grant McGregor of New Glasgow the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.)

5. All the residue of my estate, both real and personal, not hereinbefore disposed of I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to my daughters Maria Carmichael and Helen Carmichael absolutley, share and share alike.

6. I do hereby appoint my daughters Maria Carmichael and Helen Carmichael Executrices of this my lat Will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I to this my last Will and Testament subscribed my name and affixed my seal, this eleventh day of June in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eleven.
