Copy of Will for the Registrar of Deeds
I, James Rogers of Lime Rock West River, Farmer, in the County of Pictou, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
I bequeath and devise to Barbara my beloved wife all my Real Estate, with the buildings, farming Implements and Household furniture, together with all the cattle on the premises to b enjoyed by her without let or hindrance, together with Ten shares on the Union Association Store in Stellarton.
I nominate and appoint as Executors of this my last, John Hart of Lime rock and Daniel H. McDonald of Lime Rock.
Lime Rock this sixteenth day of November A.D. 1896.
